I Made it to Amazon!Entry #568685
I was shocked and surprised yesterday when I went to see if I could add my book, McCann's Manor, to my bookshelf at Shelfari.com and found out that I indeed could! Many of these sites depend on Amazon for their released books, and Amazon has picked up the Kindle version of McCann's Manor, no doubt due to the tireless efforts of my editor and publisher at Mystic Moon Press. I had no idea! For those who don't know, Kindle is Amazon's very posh and impressive eBook reader.

Lighter in weight than a paperback, it provides wireless reading entertainment, can store hundreds of books, looks like a printed page when you read it and only COSTS (get this!) a mere $399.00! At that price, I won't be buying one soon, but the way it was touted, I'd love to have one. Maybe Santa will bring me one for Christmas, 2010!

The bad news about Amazon having the Kindle version of McCann's Manor is that they are sold out of Kindle players. But, hey, if it is visible on Amazon that is something special, right? I didn't see anything that said when they would be getting more Kindles in, but I am still floating just to be there! Think that's something? If you don't have anything better to do, run a quick search of McCann's Manor on Google. It'll BLOW your mind! At least it did mine!

Okay, I'm off to see what other schemes I can invent to promote my books. Oh, and I got some super feedback from veteran fantasy author, Elizabeth Ann Scarborough on McCann's Manor.  In a word, she reported it is, "Engrossing!" I have to believe she didn't mean it grossed her out! Have a great day!
