I am incredibly busy with my thesis at the moment, that plus preparing for the last 2 days of lecturing logistics (the next 2 coming Tuesdays). With the house build and my hubby spending 2 weekends in the UK I am also obviously picking up all of the chores, all the time. It is difficult to find time to fit it all in.

Yet I feel awful for moaning about my chores. My very first chemo buddy, a girl now aged 8, was declared free of cancer (Ewings Sarcoma) about a year ago. She now has to go into hospital tomorrow for a biopsy on her loung and it looks like the cancer has returned. I am totally in the dumps. I wish I could go see her and wish her good luck for tomorrow and hug her tightly. I feel utterly helpless. I shall spend all day tomorrow waiting for news from her parents as to the initial findings.

Please keep my chemo buddy, Tatum, in your thoughts and prayers in the coming week!
