| Questions Every Writer Should Know How to Answer | Entry #634374 |
I recently stumbled across an essay that asked four simple questions and I'd like to take a minute and answer them. After fifteen years of writing I think I shouldn't have any trouble.
What's important to me?
First and foremost, my daughter. No matter how frustrated or angry I get with her, at the end of the day I'm still always glad and humbled that she's in my life. No matter what I'm always grateful for her. My friends - without them, my life would be a dreary, lonely place. I should know, I spent almost 20 years without them before they came into my life. My business, my writing, my health.
What are the subjects that pull you in?
There are many things about the world that fascinate me and pull me in - blogging, psychology, science, medicine, astronomy, astrology, animals, parenthood, motherhood, womanhood, abuse, positive thinking, self-improvement, relationships, life in all it's many facets.
What are you the most afraid to write about?
At this point, there's very little I'm afraid to write about. I have no problems sharing my writing - good, bad, ugly, sad, happy, you name it, I've probably written it and shared it.
Whom do you write for?
Everyone. Anyone. Myself. Future generations. |
