Lady of Skye by Meg CabotEntry #643198
Genre: Historical Romance

Summary: When his ex-fiance calles him a drunk, Reilly Stanton decides to become the doctor of a small town in Scotland to prove his worth. There's only one problem. Skye already has a doctor, or rather the daughter of a doctor who refuses to leave. So when two people are both fighting against each other for one spot, what is expected to happen but for sparks to fly? Literally.

Why I Picked It Up: Meg Cabot. Need I say more?

My Opinion: Naturally, anything by Meg is perfect. Although this novel is very entertaining and funny and great, for some reason it took me three weeks to get through. Which is really odd. But other than it being very dense, it really was a great story. I loved the two main characters. I love Brenna's strong nature. She was awesome.

My Rating: Four and a Half Stars
