I found another networking site. It's free and some say a bit complicated. But if you figure out how to navigate it, you can use it to link back to your portfolio here or to specific articles or poems as a way to find new people to read your work. (You also might end up with referrals that way.)

The cool thing is that you get points for everything - posting, commenting, sharing links - and at the end of the day, those points turn into the number of entries you have for a drawing for $50. At the end of each week, there is a $150 drawing. And at the end of the month there is a $400 drawing.

Meanwhile, you also get money (mostly pennies) for having others notice your posts there. If you're featured, you get more. For one picture I posted, I got over $5. And once you have $25, you can take that money out of your account.

I figure that I can use whatever money I get there to help keep up my membership here. Of course it would be really cool if I won the $50, $150 or $400.

Two of my friends have gotten $50 winnings and one got $150, so they do give it out.
