My friendEntry #689376
Every once in awhile I get to chat with one of my truest friends and when I do I almost always ask her for some journal prompts. This time she was to the point where she had to beg me to write a entry about her. I tried to avoid this subject but how could I resist writing about such a beautiful person and one that was nearly on her knees begging me to write about her...

If she were a song, she'd be the one that you would sing all day.
If she were a breeze, you'd be drinking lemonade on your front porch thinking of butterflies and daisies.
If she were a picnic item, she'd be the steak cooked to perfection.
If she were a holiday, she'd be Easter (The sweetest holiday I know)
If she were a day of the week, she'd be a long weekend (you need at least three days to enjoy her company)
If she were a gift, you wouldn't need another one your whole life.
If she weren't my friend, my life would tilt off its axis like a deflated football.

This lady has been a dear friend of mine for many years and I wish her all the luck and love in the world. When I think of how her being in my life has affected me I think about how lucky the man in her life truly is.

Kim and John may the world look upon you and smile... like I do.

Thanks for being in my life and sharing a little of your sparkly personality.
