That makes sense. But I've noticed that business owners worry about this sort of thing because if they make accommodations for one group, others may complain. They might worry about having to post the menu in a bunch of different languages or something. I don't whether it would truly be a problem, but small business owners are skittish that way. Plus they may not know where to get a braille menu, etc.

we'd put on our leggings, mittens, hats, scarfs, boots,and other paraphernalia. By the time we went outside, we could barely walk and see. LOL! That was me...

It would be a nominal overhead to create Braille menus, especially if you compared the impact of that cost on a business against creating something like wheelchair access. I just don't get how tailoring to the needs of those with visual impairments is still secondary. One of my bosses is legally blind and some of the crap he has to put up with is just unbelievable...
