On something more positive, I had another practical in Food Tech today, where Stephanie and I made a Fish Bake (called "Cod and Potato Mornay) and a side dish of good old Fish and Chips. Unfortunately the chips got overcooked (partly Steph's fault for not calling the teacher over) and the cheese sauce kind of solidified, but the fish tasted fantastic with it's golden, crispy batter.
