Don't wish your life away.

A most interesting thing that a fellow teacher said to me once after I proclaimed excitedly that it was only a short time until the holidays and that I couldn't wait.

It got me thinking, do I wish my days away, or do I find a way to enjoy each and everyone.

I'm realistic, I know that there are always things we don't enjoy each day...like washing the dishes. The most important thing is that there are things you look forward to each day so that you can enjoy it.

So tell me, what were you looking forward to when you woke up this morning?

I was looking forward to having lunch with my family, playing with Jack and snuggling with Pharaoh while I watch a movie.
