This will be my life in one crazy whirlwind of emotion and degradation. I am lifting my proverbial skirt for everyone to see me in all my glory. So buckle up and enjoy the ride I like to call the "Freak Show."

It hit 100 here in Missoula today, but even on this hottest day of the year it is nothing like the Mojave.

On the other hand, the Gates of Hell (a.k.a. Hellgate Canyon) can be seen outside my window.

My husband is from Az and it gives real meaning to the term "hot" doesn't it? We complain here but it is REALLY hot there. I'm sure now even Long Beach is looking attractive to you huh? Sending you some *hugs*

I love softball! It's my favorite sport to play although I really am not near good enough to do it on a team at my school or something, I just had fun with it in PE. and I just learned how to hit the ball...

But glad you found something new you like to do. I'm sure baseball would scare me, cause I'm scared of most sports.

Laughter is great. Last week I saw an osprey try to drop a stick in place for a nest. It fell to the ground ... oh well.

Letting go of the old in your life makes room for you to receive the new. You must be ready to start receiving. Glad you are getting back to the old, new, better you.

Hey! I checked out the new blog, (and yes you spelled it right) Bueno! It's good stuff, Jay. I laughed at the comparison of you caving in like a trampoline made of toothpicks! Great image, and all the goals you've set for yourself are commendable.

I'm gonna suggest you get a part time job in a convenient store as a clerk. It'll serve a dual purpose: help put you over your shyness with strangers (because let's face it, everyone you'll speak to will be a stranger, so you'll get very used to it) and it'll help you keep your temper. Honestly, there's nothing that will teach you persistent self-control like having to serve a lot of assholes on a daily basis.
