Well 'amen'! I have gotta agree with you all on the points above and it is uncomfortable for a lot of people...but if people are so worried about the world to come, I don't think the Armageddon should scare them....the idea of it doesn't scare me, and I'm more for the world right now.
I'm with you! If it were me, I would not want to be the next CEO of this country. I believe this will be the toughest four years in the oval office to date. Hope I'm wrong. :)
I was impressed that neither of our VP candidates managed to do what everyone was expecting them to do. I would have been more entertaining if they had, but it was impressive. Palin actually sounded like a grown-up, and Biden didn't come across as a condescending grandfather chastising his strong-willed grandchildren for having thoughts of their own.
I shall look forward to a second blog, as well as continuing to read this blog as I delve back into politics and re-acquaint my brain with it all.
