This book covers thirty plus years of my work career in the Health Field. First I worked as an in home health aide sub-contacting for approximately 4 years. I worked in a large medical hospital as a c.n.a. for around 20 years on the Orthopedic floor then became a cat scan technician for 1 year. I also worked at transporting patients for six months then switched over to the Open Heart unit for the remainder of my career.

Insights to the Medical Field from an employee's standpoint are so much different than just being a patient. I have been on both sides, a patient and an employee. I can see both sides in that I have worked behind the scenes so long. It is hard to work at a medical hospital for 8-10 hours than when you get sick and need medical care you are at the same medical complex you work at.
