"Arrange whatever pieces come you way" ~Virginia Woolf
I love this quote, to me, it means to take whatever life throws your way and deal with it. Handle the problem or issue and move on. You can't worry about yesterday it's gone, tomorrow may never come, the only sure thing is the now. Today's problem will be a problem of the past tomorrow. There are no future problems because they are all problems today. Deal with them today and realize that the past is behind you, tomorrow may never come and all we really have is today.

Don't Worry - Matthew 6:25- 26

"So I tell you, don't worry about the food or drink you need to live, or about the clothes you need for your body. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothes. Look at the birds in the air. They don't plant or harvest or store food in barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. And you know that you are worth much more than the birds. You cannot add any time to your life by worrying about it.

Be grateful, start with gratitude. You cannot exercise much power without gratitude, for it is gratitude that keeps us connected with God the infinite power. "Change your thoughts, change your life. Everything begins with you, expect great things of God and great things will happen." ~Wayne Dyer

That's it for today my friends, have a blessed day!

Hugs!

Did y'all know that gum disease is linked to respiratory infection, cancer, coronary artery disease and stroke. So that's why your mom insisted on you brushing your teeth after every meal! To help prevent gum disease, drink at least 8 glasses of water every day so your mouth can produce enough saliva which can be helpful in reducing inflammation. Replace your toothbrush every month and floss. Take a healthy amount of vitamin C, and cut down on sugar.

As the saying goes, "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." The healthier you make yourself, the better your life will be. ~Mark Goldstein, MD
