I don't know about you girl, but I'm glad the day is over!!! I could sleep all day today!

Wow, Krys. I've been really out of things--not just with writing my own blog, but following my friends'. Guess that will be number one on the New Year's Hit Parade.

What a roller coaster you've been on. Glad to hear you're on the upswing, though not about all your house troubles. Had our share of financial hits over the last six months ourselves. Sure takes a decent year at work and puts it in the toilet. But we do have a new toilet. (I had to redo our downstairs bathroom. LOL)

Have a peaceful and joyous holidays. Don't let them stress you and Quay.

The ups and downs of life... seem so dramatic while they are happening. It retrospect not so overwhelming. I need to remind myself of that when I'm on the roller coaster.

So sorry the stress just isn't letting up for you and I wish I had something useful to say. Please know that I'm "listening"!

Maybe you and Quay could arrange a time each day to talk about the stuff that needs dealing with. At least that would then give him the opportunity to tell you what the state and mortgage people need etc and might help you to feel things are a bit more organised. Also, I know you said you've talked to him, but does he know exactly the effect he is having on you? Sometimes people just don't realise it and need it spelling out!

I really hope things will start getting easier for you very soon.

I'm sorry, Krys. It's okay to rant. It seems as if some people find anticipating situations to be really difficult. My husband isn't great at paperwork, but at least I know that-and so he picks up the slack for me in other areas (like when the washing machine or toilet needs fixing). Making lists as reminders only works if you remember to look at them. He's an adult, and he needs to step up and take responsibility for the consequences of his actions. And, yes, being in school, requires you to be able to plan ahead, because no-one else is going to do the work for you. Maybe he's in denial about how bad things really are?. Or, maybe he just won't see it, until things are really, really bad?. Either way, he needs a reality check-maybe not from you, but from someone else?.

I hope this entry helped to ease the pressure some. I have a card that I'm planning on mailing to you. Wish I could do more for you.

I really understand your last line. This week I am virtually painfree, and I do not know why, but HALLELUJAH!!! Being what is normal for us is very important!

There is on such thing as "normal" with writers. And don't worry about the voices either. I finally gave my characters free reign over the blog I have at my website. So heck, it may not even be "me," by definition, blogging over there - it could be my characters or even my birds. And you never know. I'm trying to keep them at bay, but they're digging and if they get this password, well, all bets are off! :)

Not only are you yelling but you are instigating! Look, now I can't get MY voices to shut up! I swear, you do this to me on purpose!

And yeah, normal is overrated. Or is it rated by people who think they are normal? Or maybe people who think they have defined 'normal'?

Well, you're the one with all the talking voices! You need to SHHH! If he finds out it's going to be ALL your fault!
