I can empathize with you. I've been in college for a lotta years (and taught for a while)-and there is always one instructor every semester who is a 'fruit-loop'. Some teachers don't understand the meaning, nor importance of feedback to students. Many students learn and perform better if they have constructive guidance.

Isn't it nice when our kids fall asleep peacefully?. I'm blessed-my 4 yr old daughter goes to bed with no issues. Might be different in a few years.
