I am attending Baker College. I will blog about my experiences class and student life. My experiences may be different from normal college students, because I am beginning school again 14 years after high school. I have four children and a husband outside of school. Follow me through my first year transition from being a stay-at-home mom, to becoming a full time college student.

My last test in PowerPoint was a hundred percent! Yeah! Now all I have to do for the class is to give a presentation using PowerPoint. I'm happy to be done with that online program. It was annoying!

I finally got my results for my first speech that I gave last week. Just in time for an improv speech thursday. She said that everyone received full points because it was the first speech. Any comments that she had written down would have normally been points deducted. I received all good comments. I'm assuming (yes I know what that means) that if I just do the same as I did my first speech I'll be ok. That means four more times in the next five weeks I have to pretend that I don't want to throw up and pass out. When I can do that, I'll get an A. I wish it was as easy as it sounds.

My APS class today was quite entertaining. We learned all about the Supreme Court and each of the 9 Justices. Why that was entertaining? I have no idea. Maybe I was just happy that I wasn't sick this morning. Don't know. The discussion did leave me with the reinforcement of how dumb Clinton was though in office. Clinton may have been a good accountant, but he put two old people on the bench. His influence will fade quickly, as his impact on America has. Yes he balanced the budget, but how much in debt are we? President Ford on the other hand was very smart. He still has an appointed judge on the bench. Was I even alive when he was president? Hmmm.
