Hello Everyone and welcome to my Blog.

I'm writing this blog more as an author's comments section on my stories and also to rammble about useless things in my life.  Please ask me questions about my stories or anything that is on your mind.  I like talking with people... a lot.

I hope I don't bore anyone too much.  My first "official entry will be a brief bio about me so everyone can get to know me better.

Thank you.

2.  About Cloak/DaggerID #682040

I got the idea for Cloak/Dagger after watching The Three Penny Opera. It was fantastic and I wanted to make someone like Mack the Knife. That is how Drystan came to be. Like usual, I came up with an entire plot soon after. I had the hardest time coming up with names for characters. Cloak/Dagger is based off of 1880-1890s London. I had to double check many things to see if it existed in the time period before I could actually put it in the story. Like always, I listen to music when I write. I came up with a special playlist for Cloak/Dagger.

In no particular order besides how they show in the playlist:
1. Prelude 12/21 - AFI
2. Miricle - Paramore
3. Bubbly - Colbie Caillat
4. Out of Line - Buckcherry
5. Apologize - One Republic
6. All Around Me - Flyleaf
7. Fix You - Coldplay
8. I'm Alive - Becca
9. Falling On - Finger Eleven
10. When I Fall in Love - Nat King Cole

1.  About MeID #673587
Posted: 10-28-2009 @ 1:41 am EDT

I go by Ayame Karisuma but my real name is Amy. I am 20 years old and a junior in college with a Sociology major and (soon to be) a Creative Writing minor. I am from Minnesota but go to school at Eau Claire, WI. I do speak some Spanish and some Japanese.

I have loved reading since I was a child and spend too many hours at the library. I started writing poems and stories when I was little (those ones where you laugh now at how bad they were). I like writing because I want to share my ideas with others, otherwise I will talk their ears off. I have an overactive imagination and get insperation from everything. I also tend to be a huge procrastinator but I am working on it.

I love fantasy and mystery books the most. I can't pick specific favorites. I also enjoy Japanese manga and anime. I am a staff member of the local anime convention, NoBrandCon. I also enjoy watching TV and movies. My favorite shows include Bones, House, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, and Castle to name a few. I have a lot of favorite movies since it is hard to truly dissapoint me.

My dream is to one day get a book published (either self publish or throuh a company). Otherwise, I have no idea what I'm going to do after I graduate. During the summer I work as a lifeguard at both the YMCA and the city pool.

Please feel free to talk to me about anything.
