Who was it that said we function on only about ten percent of our potential? Was that simply an arbitrary guess? Or do we indeed have ninety percent of our potential yet to discover and unleash?

This journal is one of self discovery. It will not always be easy. It will not always reach the same conclusions that were reached in earlier entries. To some extent it is a search for "pieces" of my soul that have been lost along the path of life. If nothing else this will be an attempt to look deeply and honestly at myself.
