After dreaming of a human in need, Flitter leaves the safety of her homeland in search of the stranger.  The human she seeks is Jordan Hallsby who has secluded himself in a cursed river valley since the death of his family three years earlier. Flitter and Jordan soon find themselves drawn into an adventure filled with magic, strange beings, and danger.
