A Star Trek sim story set in 2428 and later, approximately 45 years after the events of the tenth movie, Nemesis.

After reading even a bit of this story, you'll see where my obsession with neurology in general (and epilepsy in particular) has come from - the sheer amount of *research* I had to do for this story!! And no, contrary to popular belief, I do not work in the medical field. I might like to, someday, but I don't right now. What you see here is the product of high school anatomy/physiology class 3 years ago, and my unending obsession with all things medical. Enjoy.



Notice: this story is meant to be a sim story  , meaning it is supposed to be accompanied by pictures from the Sims 2. However, due to limits on the number of items I can have in my portfolio, I can't add the images here. So, at the beginning of each chapter I will add a link to the post where the original can be read.



Just a few notes about this story before I begin:
* It takes place around 2428-ish ...
To give you an idea, 2424 is about 45 years after the end of ST: Nemesis, the last TNG movie. In fact, one of the characters related to (but not appearing in) this story was born amidst the events of Nemesis, and is in her late 40's now ...
* This story was conceived before the release of STXI, therefore does not include certain events from that movie (namely, the destruction of Romulus in 2387.)
* I hope to be able to update this regularly, however (as of posting this introduction) I haven't even written Chapter 4 yet. I want my writing to be as good quality as possible, so if it ends up being a little while between chapters, you'll have to forgive me ... That being said, you can bug me to get more done. Sometimes I need a little motivation
