a blog on tidbits of emotional writing

blog on emotional writing
How shall I keep this blank page company?
With plenty of thoughts of despair and agony?
Or in between of both good and bad?
Or just the uplifting side of me?
I'm not sure at all
but too much bad would be my fall
for reason tells me
to cheer up this lonely page
with perhaps commiseration and conversation
To spring it to see a slice of life
Gently, with purpose, and not much strife
The temptation to write the sad
is often there; much easier
the good takes more work
but only if you're willing
writing is always a sacred thing
no matter what
but to end with a positive
makes up for the rut
we'll keep trying on writing.com
to inspire the community
with the lengthy reviews
I realized writers do care
about your effort and your time
my hopes are to mix the good and bad
in my blogs-both hope and despair
we'll see where my blogs go
with their creativity and energy flow
all ratings and reviews are needed to improve
and I do thank you muchly so
for reading this all the way through!!
