I wish i could wipe today...................

My Pop died today and with my husband so far away,
I am tired of crying and feeling drained.

I just want him home to hold me, to tell me its alright
I want him home to hold me at night.

The thought of him 12000 miles from me, brings the tears again,
I don't have some one to hold me, to help me with this pain.

My Pop died to day after 91 years, he's now at rest and peace
He's now with his wife who died early in her life, his pain can now cease.

My husband's across the world from me, to visit family and friends,
i know it sounds selfish but i want his visit to end.

Our love is strong, our love is deep, eventhough we have some times,
we have our problems and our trials but our love lasts all the while.

Our marriage is strong and deep and fulfilling, we are never really apart
we have our children, our home and our love, we've had it from the start.
