Hidden truths, mixed with lies.
Makes the two live separate lives.
Considered to be foes, not friends.
In a world only the truth can mend.
He is the shadow, she is the light.
She is the day; he is the night.
She hides her identity; he, his past.
The world between them is so vast.
Yet, as each takes a look inside,
The other becomes beautiful in their eyes.
Could there be a hope for them after all?
In a world where light and shadows fall?
Or could a malefic twist of fate,
Cause the two more grief and hate?
