For Julia Mitchell, life is perfect.

At the age of 24 she's been through college and is working as a professor at a local technical collage and making just enough money to support herself and her two little schnauzer dogs - Flouder and Sebastian - and still have a little to spare. She has also met a guy, and he is quite the catch. Christopher Winston Price, the owner of a few supermarkets in California, he may have money but he isn't quite as fancy as his name leads him to be.

The two are set to be married in just a few months, and Julia couldn't be more excited. This is exactly how she imagined her life to be...and better.

Then, there's a little hiccup in their relationship. One night, Julia lets slip that she once eloped in Las Vegas...and Christopher Winston Price won't hear of marrying her while that tie is still in place. Julia is shocked, she hadn't see the man she eloped with for years and he had meant nothing to her. But Christopher isn't backing down. So Julia sets out to find a husband she hasn't talked to in three years...and finds herself back in Las Vegas.
