A while back I wrote a short story called "Invalid Item"  . Reactions to it were mixed. Some readers enjoyed it, others found the ending unbelievable. Most said they wanted to know what happened next, that there was a story left to be told.

The moral to this story is that, like everything in life, there is always more going on than first meets the eye. We only see fragments of the overall story.

I've noticed some people reading the chapters in a seemingly random order. It works best read in the order listed, although I have to admit to myself occasionally glancing to the end of a book to see how it turns out.

I will reward decent reviews, I've just had to remove auto reward as it starts to get a bit irritating when people review for the GPs when they quite clearly have barely glanced at the piece. In particular I'd be happy to hear any suggestions on The Ex, as he is the character I am least happy about right now.
