It is often said: "The person who wants the least amount of sex
in a relationship is the one who is in control of
that relationship". This is true, I think.

By that, I mean that the syllable count is listed as rhyme scheme and vice versa.

The rhyme scheme/syllable structure is backwards...

I was using the same form in performances with the Arlington Poetry Project in the Chicago area in 1998. I have some of these poems in my portfolio. Dr. Phuoc-Tan Diep has done a service in presenting the form to the public and popularizing it. My suspicion is that a careful review of the literature of poetry will reveal that this form has been used and published previous to the 1990's as well. It is a topic worthy of research. I also wrote poems in a similar wreath form which took the same concept. But had a single are multiple line link at the top and bottom. I also have this form in my portfolio. I also developed that in the 1990's and presented it with the Arlington Poetry Project..
