My emotions have been better since I moved to Montana but trauma has lasting affects (in the psychological sense). My mental state is questionable and my back just went out, but overall moving effected (brought about) much positive change. En serio, it has been ab-fab wonderful to live in a community of accepting people. I call Missoula the Mountain Kingdom of Misfits.

The kindness shown me has affected my spirits and the effect has been mostly positive (a bit puzzling because I don't know what I was doing wrong all those years in Kansas. Was it me or the place? or both?)

Now that I've talked about aardvarks, it has been two months since you blogged. So ... how are you; how is Prancer?

Tigger I am so glad that you are doing good things in life! You are doing them because you want to not because you feel obligated to!!! I am just so glad that you are happy!!! I knew when you started this you could do it!! You are an inspiration!

Each day is a new day...

I have to look at it that way. I never know how I'm going to feel when I wake up. I think I hate that most about being Bipolar...

I'm in Missoula Montana now where every one is trim and slim. Maybe if I climb Mt. Sentinel every day? Not! I still need to do it once.

Exercise is good. I seem to be allergic to most of the things that would be good for me though.
