| [Introduction]
Ok. Make your character try to give as much detail as you can, please add when you need to..... Thank you. Oh make your own characters and make their situations pertain to the rest of the storyline.... ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~* Name:Anala Hair:silver and waist length Eyes: Green and large Physical appearance: She shuffles alot and lets her arms brush people. She is a waif-like creature. She has pale, pale skin. She is tall and her legs are most of her length. Disposition: Often cold, she uses her art and writing as a wall around herself. She never lets anyone too close. She never lets her moods show. Additional info: She is a vampire has only been one for ten years. She is often referred to by the others as 'The Fledgling" or "The Coffinling". Anala hated the others, the ones who stared at her. She was the newest addition to their house. They did not know her past nor her true nature. They were cold and faraway, so naturally she began to cave in on herself. She only let herself know her own feelings, her own heart. If only she could find someone who would talk to her, someone she could talk to. There was no one like that her though. No one at all. |
Age: Unknown Hair: To the middle of his back and blonde Eyes: Silver Blue, slightly tilted at the corners Physical Appearence: He's broad shouldered and tall, about 6'3. He's slightly built, yet still extremely strong. He has a cat-like appearence. Disposition: He's a people person, in other words, very friendly and flambouyant. Additional Info: One of the 'old' vampires. He is often called "The Betrayer" due to his hidden nature. Very secretive about his past. Jakuten had been watching their shy newcomer. He always watched the new ones, because it reminded him of his past, of long ago when he first became what he now was, what he loathed to be. He could see in her stance that she was one whom would keep to herself. Her down turned eyes indicated her distance from the others. Jakuten smiled, beginning to take this as a challenge. Since no one would talk to her, he'd take that initiative and be the first. "Hello, little Fledgling. How do you like your new home...?" He watched her closely, waiting for her reaction, intent on seeing how she'd feel about someone actually being interested in talking to her. "Would you care for a little tour of the house?" His silver blue eyes danced in amusement. She had much to add to that man who looked at her like she was a new toy. She didn't enjoy being toyed with,at all. She stepped towards him, let herself step toe into his own personal space. She stood there long enough to make him feel invaded, slowly she said, "If I need to be shown around, you are the last person that I will ask." Anala had a grudge with charisma. Jakuten chuckled, seeing the girls annoyance clearly. "Oh? Is that so?" He gave a little sigh, displeased, for honestly, he was quite bored. He hadn't had any amusement in centuries, and now that something finally did interest him, it didn't even wish to speak with him! "Anyway, I'm glad you're pleased with the home. It's practically one of the only save havens for those such as ourselves." Looking at her, he began to wonder what her story was; however, he doubted she'd ever tell him. He slowly withdrew a small watch from his pocket, twirling it within his finger tips as he gave one last glance at the girl, then sauntered off in the opposite direction. Down the stairs he went, down to the dark room underneath the house itself. These were his own personal chambers. Slightly tired, he sat in one of the forest green chairs next to the bed, resting, thinking. A knock sounded on the door, interrupting him whilst he was deep in thought. A petite young looking woman entered the underground room. Her hair was a light brown, her eyes an even lighter brown. Her lips curled into a smile when she saw him sitting there. "How are you, Master Jakuten? I see you've met our newest addition to the house hold. What do you think of her?" Jakuten looked at the woman with a slight gleam in his eyes,"She's very unusual, even for a vampire." "Unusual?" "Yes, unusual. She didn't succumb to my charm," he said, pouting. The woman laughed softly,"Is that so? Well, aren't you the arrogant one? Do you think everyone is so entranced by you?" She smirked. "Oh, if you only knew the bounds of my arrogance...." He commented quietly as he bid the woman go. She had to duck into an alcove when a young woman came into the man's chambers, "Do I even want to know why she's going in there?" Anala wasn't one for charisma, nor inner monologues. She also wasn't one for curiousity, so she crept towards the door and held out a hand to tap the door slightly. Hearing the light tapping at his chamber door, he slowly rose to his feet. He hadn't been expecting anyone, nor had he heard anyone approach. Concentrating now, he discovered it was the girl. She'd followed him here, how quaint, he chuckled as he thought this. Quietly, he tredded toward the door, then slowly opened it, only to find the girl standing hesitantly across from him. "Good evening, my child. Is there something you needed?" Again, the girl hesitated, being one who usually did not converse with others. He tilted his head to the side, allowing his bangs to droop over his face, hiding his inner thoughts. "Well, what is it, girl?" A lop-sided smile appeared on his smooth, pale face. Once again he was looking at her like she was a toy. She thought of how foolish curiousity was and how curiousity had killed the cat and ended her life. She again felt the anger she had felt earlier, for no reason at all. She glared at him and said, "Show me around this," she searched for the words, "this dump." As the girl walked up the stairs before him he watched her. She moved very silently, especially for a young one. This one shows great promise, he thought, a smirk on his beautiful face as he followed behind her. Once they reached the top of the stairs he halted her. "As you know, this is the Commons. The gathering place of our little home. We come here for meetings, to converse, and interact. Contact is essential for living here. Else you will be alone, and prey to those of higher authority. So it would be best if you tried to fit in with the crowd, else some may turn on you." He glanced over at her, and seeing the stubborn set of her jaw, he chuckled. "Oh, good. I thought it was just I that you disliked! Well then, since I know you won't try to 'fit in', I'll help protect you from any of those here who wish you harm," he said, giving her a shining, gallant smile. She could find Siv anywhere, he was the one who had changed her, the one who had hurt her. She brushed the topic away and tighten her jaw like a spring. Any moment now it was going to pop open and echo obscenities. The man was looking at her now, expectantly. She searched her mind for his words. They popped into her view like a demented Jack-in-the-box, “No one can really protect me.” She was opening up to him, how strange, “That man, that beast over there, he made me what I am. He didn’t do it the nice gentle way either.” She felt her shoulders tighten, her back straighten, he body knew when he was close. Siv placed a hand on her shoulder, “Little one, my dear little Coffinling. My little dear bat.” “Cut that out, already.” The man seemed amused, Siv was going to give him a show. “Why did you run away?” He snaked an arm around her waist. “I ran away because, because...” She grasped his wrist, and twisted, hard. “I ran away because you killed her!” She threw him onto his back, placing both knees on his wrists, she spat, “You killed my sister. And NO, that wasn’t enough, you had to kill me too.” "You ungrateful little brat!" He hissed. "Don't you ever..." She pressed her weight down harder on his wrists. Wiping her mouth, Anala stepped away from him, but only when everyone had felt and heard his wrists snap. Jakuten was surprised. He hadn't known that it had been Siv who changed her. Siv was a rather young vampire, at least half his age. He was also known for his brutality and cruelness. As he watched the scene unfurl, he felt all the hatred this girl had for Siv. She had much hatred indeed. Apparently Siv had changed her sister as well, or, perhaps, she had not been able to go through the change, and her life had been snuffed out all-together. The sound of Siv's wrists snapping left Jakuten amazed. Never had he seen such a young vampire with strength such as hers. Curious, he watched her expression as she rose, backing up from the fallen Siv as he let out a curse. A strange light filled Jakuten's eyes. "My, that was interesting. Where ever did you get such power, Anala...?" He spoke her name for the first time, acknowledging her in his own way. She glanced down, perhaps unacustomed to having her name spoken aloud. He glanced at the others in the room, noting their unkind glances. Ah, so it has happened. They now know how powerful she is. They won't like it... I'll probably have to step in next time... He slimped slightly, relaxing, showing no emotion as he waited for Anala's answer to his question. "You really think that I did that all to get to you?" Siv sat up and threw back his head in a long deep laugh, "Anala, darling, I wanted Franceskca, not you." "You little..." Anala flew towards him. The man held her back, and she all but foamed at the mouth in her rage. "Franceskca was sick, did you know that?" Siv smirked, "I could have saved her." "And she would go back to what? This?" She sweeped an arm to indicate the large castle. "Yes and she would have loved it, you know it." Siv was enjoying himself. "If this idiot wasn't holding me back, me and you would be down in the torture chamber. I'm play Frankenstein, you be the monster, I'm sure you can play the part well." She struggled against the man's arms. Slumping, she gave up. "Let's go see the rest of the place." She whispered. Yori was there. Yori was the 'Head' of the house. Yet, only in name did he run the home of the vampires. There was still someone in the shadows whom was the real ruler here. Jakuten smiled secretively as he approached Yori. "Good evening, Yori. Have you met our new recruit?" Jakuten asked, motioning to the girl next to him. She was still slightly shaken from the previous events, but managed to give a nod of acknowledgment. "This is our house 'Head'. He's the one who runs things around here." Yori, was what you'd think a traditional vampire would look like. He had silky, straight black hair, which smoothed down along his elegant neck. He was slight in build, yet tall in height. He was known for his quiet ways and was the only vampire who still clung quite tightly with his human ways. A lover of TV, Computers, and all things modern. Vampire in looks, yet human in his ways. Yori gave Anala a small smile, though it did not reach his eyes. He offered his hand to her, expectant. Happy, for a brief and fleeting moment, she spun with her arms outstretched. When she came to a stop, they were still studying her. She studied the room even more closely. The 'Head' of the house was trying to re-sew his human side to his monster side. That feat was impossible. "So," She began, smiling whole-heartedly at the two men, "Is this heaven or hell?" Both looked perplexed, she wanted them to be like that. If thye got too close to her, they would end up dead. Immortal or not, Siv would kill them. Anala had killed her sister after she had become a monster, and tried to kill herself. Stupid Siv had fallen in love with Franceskca. Siv's punishment for Anala was immortality. Perplexed by the girls odd behavior, he answered her question hesitantly, "Well, let's say it's a little of both. It all depends on what you make it to be. You can fight it, and make it your hell, or you can join it, and make it your heaven. Either way, it all depends on you." He walked to one of the paintings placed upon a wall. A woman, with beautiful wild red hair, lounged on a bed of purple satin, her green eyes enticing him. It was Korene. Korene... with her soft, luminescent pale skin, and her red pouting lips. ------------------------ "Jakuten, what are you doing?" A woman sighed, rolling out from under the purple sheets as Jakuten clasped on his sword. He glanced at her, noting the soft light in her eyes, so full of love. "I've got a job to do. You know that. I must go to the Raven Estate, Raine has over-stepped his bounds and must be taught a lesson," he replied to her question, smiling at her gently. The woman pouted, her soft red lips formed in a frown. "Must you go? Why not stay here with me?" "You know I must. If I do not go Raine will end up causing even more destruction than he already has." Jakuten then, after giving the woman a small kiss on the cheek, left the room. Exiting the his castle, he noted the dank weather. It looked to be rain. Fierce, dark clouds were forming over head, and the sun was blocked by their bulk. Rain.... ---------------- Jakuten snapped out of his flashback, startled. He did not want to relive what happened those many years ago... not in front of the others. Glancing at Anala, he quickly excused himself,"Forgive me... something has just come up. I will be unable to show you the rest of the house. If you need anything, you know where to find me. Good day." He hastily left the room, clearly shaken. She was caught up in watching her shadow twitch and turn in the flicker of the candle light, when the shadows around her twisted and turned too. Then they appeared, five of them, all of Siv's. She could smell his blood trickling through their veins. Their fists rained down on her. ************************************** "Who did this to you?" Francesckca asked a hurt and crying Anala. "No one." The five year old remarked. "Really?" Franceskca asked, she had no patientence for her sister's lies. "I just fell." Anala mumbled. "Are you sure it wasn't the little boys from across the street?" Franceskca asked, her eyes searching Anala's, looking for something that would never be found, the truth. "Maybe." Anala smiled, blood from her lip dripping down her chin. "How badly did you injure them this time?" Franceskca's eyes were dancing now. ************************************* Another punch was thrown. ************************************ "What the hell is wrong with you?!" Anala yelled, after she caught her sister sucking the life out of her pet cat. "Anala, I'm sorry you had to see this, but I have to feed." Franceskca was kneeling at her sister's feet. "What the hell are you?! I don't know you! You aren't Franceskca, bring her back!" Anala screamed. ************ Black consumed her, the one draining her wrist backed away. Their deed done. Glancing to his left, Jakuten cleared his throat,"Siv, I know you're there. What is it you want?" Seeing no reaction, he let out a small trickle of his energy, and finding what he was seeking, sliced it with a nail. Siv fell to the ground, a cut appearing about his throat. "I..I meant no harm, Jakuten. I only wanted to know why you were so interested in my little bat. She's mine you know." The vampire said with blood oozing from his jugular. Jakuten lifted a brow,"And when was it that I said I even cared whether she was yours or not. Being the real Master of this hell-hole gives me the authority to do whatever it is that I wish." He slowly made his way towards the other of the undead. Siv smirked. While he was entertaining the Master, little bat was getting her beating. "Oh? A beating you say?" Jakuten smiled as he read the man's mind. "Is that so? Well then, I guess I'll have to join the fun." He left Siv without another word, seeking Anala. "What are we running from?" She desperately asked Franceskca. Francesckca turned to her, her body mangled with Anala's rage, "We're running from you Anala." ****** Anala awoke, her face was bloodied, she was alone. Or so she thought. She could feel them there. "You think that draining me would stop me?" She yelled out to them, "To tell you the truth, I feel so much, much, stronger now. Are you going to hide there all day? Ha! I felt you twitch." One stepped from the shadows, obviously pushed, "Siv, Siv, told us to." "Oh, did he? Tell Siv not to mess with me! I feel like the freaking angel of death here. I could kill you all, one at a time. And, guess what. There's not a damn thing you can do about that!" She leaned forward and pressed blood stained lips to his forehead. "No please don't." He gasped as she placed both hands on his neck. "What do you pleas mean to me? Hmmm. Not a damn thing." She cracked his neck. "Now whose next, or do I get my own pick?" She asked turning to them. "Oh, come on." A woman said, stepping forward, she held a knife in one hand, "Do you little idiots honestly think she's harmful?" Noticing the knife twisting and turning in the woman's hand, Anala commented, "Couldn't you have gotten something better. I mean, a kitchen knife? This is always so much better in horror movies." The woman ran forward, holding the knife close to her stomach, "Come here you little..." "Ah-ah-ah." Anala teased, stepping to the side. The woman crashed into the darkness, "All brawn, no brains, you're kidding me." Someone pounched on her from above, knocking Anala to the ground. Where could they have gone off to.. Jakuten wondered. He became deadly silent, straining his ears in order to hear anything, anything at all, but nothing. Dead silence was all that reached him. Dissapointed, he carefully looked about, discovering something. He slowly ran a long nail down the crease of a pecular looking brick on the blood stained wall. A trap door was released, and down he went, into the depths of the House. "Anala." Anala's mother called her into the living room that held the trophies Franceskca had won and the pictures of the family that shunned her. "Mommy, where is MY daddy?" She asked her daily question. Anala's mother smiled. "Anala, you don't have a daddy, and as far as I'm concerned, you don't have a mommy either. You see, your daddy raped mommy. Do you know what rape is?" Her mother asked, Anala nodded, she knew, "You were born and, because of my religion, I couldn't give you up. You have no place in this home. You have to fend for yourself, from now on." She paused,"I can't even look at you, you look so much like him!" She pushed Anala out the door. Anala, fully understanding that she was a child of rape, began acting like she thought one was. She was reckless. She fought with the boys and strayed from the girls who giggled, too much. He reached the bottom of the stairs, finding himself in a large, torch lit room. Smirking, he though to himself, I never knew this room was here... now I have more rooms to clean in this dreary house. There was a bed in the middle of the room, and upon it laid Anala. She was whimpering, and apparently still unconcious. Slowly, he made his way to her side, sitting next to her upon the blue silk sheets. Gently, he ran a hand through her hair, calling her name gently, "Anala, Anala... Are you alright...?" She did not wake. Perplexed, Jakuten studied her. Her skin was quite pale, with dark circles under her eyes. She seemed thinner than usual, and her frail body shook slightly. She must need blood... he thought. Cringing, he slid a nail across his wrist, opening his vein. He tilted Anala's head back then pushed his wrist against her mouth, allowing the blood to flow down her throat.... She had hated that taste since that night, that horrible horrible night. The blood brought back the memories. ****************** Siv woke her. She was scared, all she could remember was black and pain. He woke her, held his wrist to her face. She tore into the skin, letting out all anger. Suddenly he removed his wrist and replaced it with a different one, a cold one. Anala, in her rage, tore into the wrist. Siv began to laugh, a deep roaring laugh. She tilted her head to glance at him, he was holding up Franceskca's wrist. Needless, to say Anala never drank blood again. ******************* She opened her eyes, and glanced up to see the blond man with the silvery blue eyes. "What the hell," She asked looking at the blue silk bed, "is this?" He patted her head gently, removing his wrist. "So, what is it that you were dreaming about? It sounded terribly painful. You wouldn't stop crying out in your sleep." Looking at her expectantly, he stood up from the bed, running a hand through his silky blonde hair whilst she looked at him with suspicion. "...Are you alright?" He asked hesitantly, looking away for a moment. It was all coming back to her now. She remembered them, their fists raining down on her. Slowly she told him, "Oh, me, I'm okay. The dream," Her voice became hard and cold, "is something I don't want to talk about." Slowly she got off the bed and walked away from him and the bed, into the shadows. She didn't like memories, especially her's. Jakuten laid back on the bed, staring at the dark charcoal black ceiling. He thought about his past, about her. -------------- He'd reached the Raven Estate. It was raining. Dark clouds flashed white with lightning. Jakuten dismounted his horse and, with his soldiers lined up behind him, walked towards the eerie doors of the large estate. Raine stood waiting for him, leaning against the dirt coated wall. "My friend, how nice of you to come!" Exclaimed Raine, a secretive smile displayed upon his handsome, dark face. His dark black hair hung in curls down his back, soaked from the rain. "It wasn't my choice to come here, Raine. I've come on business... It seems the king is angered by your ever increasing display of rebellion against him. He has requested that I come to talk some sense into your brain," Jakuten said nonchalantly, glancing into the ice blue eyes across from him. "Oh? And what did Mari say about this...?" The man smiled evilly, a demonic gleam now apparent in his eyes. Jakuten had no idea why Raine brought up Mari. "What does she have to do with this? She's at home, worrying about my return. Why would she care about what became of you?" Chuckling, Raine motioned to one of the guards behind him. The guard slowly opened a hidden door on the side of the wall, revealing a tantilizing red-head. A red-head Jakuten knew well, very well. "Mari!" Jakuten's eyes widened, at first thinking she had been taken captive for some reason, but no, as soon as he said her name she gave a quiet, yet sensual smile. "Mari, what are you doing here? Have they taken you?" "No, I'm sorry to dissapoint you, dear. But I've decided to back Raine. Actually... this whole thing was my idea, he only helped me begin it. It's time someone else ruled this kingdom of England." Mari laughed gently, her green eyes gleaming just as Raine's had. "Why don't you join us...? I could show you something of which you've never laid eyes on before. Come, grasp my hand and we shall take this country." Jakuten, not believing what he was hearing, only shook his head in denial. What was happening? "No... I can't, I can't do that! How could you Mari? You know I serve the king faithfully, how could you do this to me? I will not stand for it. Come here, NOW," he demanded, his silver eyes bright with confusion. Looking dissapointed, Mari pouted, then made her way over to him,"As you wish, my love..." She wrapped her arms around him, giving him a long, sweet kiss. Jakuten felt a burning pain in his back... Mari.. Mari had stabbed him with a knife... He wobbled, backing away from her, looking at her with heart broken eyes as he fell to the ground, the last thing that he saw being her beautiful, heart-wrenching smile.... -------------- Jakuten did not awaken that night. She was sure that the others wouldn't be messing with her anymore. She was unstoppable, unless someone hit her from above. She didn't take notice of anyone around her, she only walked slowly with her head down. She bumped into someone. "Watch it-" A tall woman with jet black hair said, she opened her lavender eyes in realization and said, "Oh, you're that fledgling that everyone is talking about. I would really watch yourself here, everyone is all about fighting and being the strongest." Anala raised an eyebrow and the woman, taking the hint said, "I'm Elizabeth. I am one of the oldest." She treated that like something important, "I'm almost as old as Jakuten. I run the library here." "You guys are pretty damn organized." Anala commented, this woman was too chatty for her taste. "Oh! I'm babbling." The woman said. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure you were." Anala said. The woman caught the sarcasm early this time and got to the point, "Do you know where Jakuten is? I kinda need to talk to him." "Ask Siv about the fight, he'll know." Anala walked away with that hanging in the air. "How would you know its a lie?" She raised an eyebrow. "Oh, come on, ANALA!" He grabbed her wrist, "You are such a LIAR!" "Oh. Hello James..." She smirked, "Want me to show you around this dump?" "Anala, we need to talk." His bright blue eyes glistened, "I need your help?" "Oh, really. I suddenly feel like being hospitable!" She smiled. "Thank you." James sighed. He was one of Anala's closest friends. She hadn't seen him for five years. Age: 200 years old gender: male cat eyes: very bright jade appearance: lean with a little meat on him. Long shaggy black fur. Scraggly whiskers and little grey spots on his fur Other info: Sook-Leeves is Anla's cat she befreinded. He is under the spell of a wizard which makes him live forever. "Uh, sure." He placed it carefully on the arm of a chair. "What," James stared in disgust at the lump of fur in the sear of the chair, "is that?" James had an aversion to cats and dogs, basically animals of all kind. Anala patted the furry creature and cooed, "That would be Sook." The cat hissed, and bristled it's fur. She continued petting the animal, "I mean, Sook-Leeves." James raised an eyebrow, "When did we start befriending cats?" "I began befriending animals after you began befriending your reflection, too much." She smiled. James was some one she adored, had possibly loved once. "You can tell the beast to move." He commented, gazing into Anala's eyes. "Sorry, Sook-Leeves here stays/sleeps/sits where he wants." She said and shrugged her heavy coat off her shoulders. "Oh, is that so?" James asked, poking the cat in the ribs. Much to his dismay, the furball didn't budge. "Anala," He said, "I need you to take me under your wing." "What did you do this time?" She asked her green eyes searching his. James had spent almost all of his favors. © Copyright 2006 Neko ♥ Away, Savannah is Confuzzled, Chelsea & Agnes are way busy, (known as GROUP).
