I was watching Nicholas Cage in "National Treasure" and I was thinking how cool it would be to be able to solve puzzles like he did in the movie. Well, I can't promise to award you the treasure of the Knights Templar, but I can promise you some fairly decent prizes. All you have to do is solve the puzzle I'm about to present.

The answer to this (and subsequent) puzzles will always be a single item here on WDC. To win your prize, you have to be the first to identify that item and post your answer here in this forum in bitem form. (If you don't know how to use the bitem form, you can learn at "Newbie Hyperlinking 101 - Bitem Format" ). Once you've done that, to claim your prize, you must give a PUBLIC review of said item.

What are these prizes, you ask?

1,000,000 GPs
One merit badge for yourself
One merit badge for a friend
One merit badge for another friend
One awardicon for an item of MY choice in a portfolio of YOUR choice
Bonus surprise prize, which will be something such as raffle tickets gifted to you, a gift certificate redeemable at a WDC member's site, or something along those lines, depending on what's available at the time

BONUS CLUE AND MERIT BADGE



You can earn a unique bonus clue as well as a short story merit badge by utilizing at least four of the above clues in a flash fiction short story (2000 words or less) and posting it in bitem form in this forum. Keep the rating of the story you submit 18+ or under, please. For every four stories submitted, one will be selected to win a bonus clue and a short story merit badge. AND, every legal entry will get one ticket for the "Angel Cookie Raffle" , while supplies last. You can enter as many times as you want, but only one story per four story group please. And there is a limit of one bonus clue and one short story merit badge per person per round, please. And in the event that less than four stories are entered in a calendar month, I will award the bonus clue and the merit badge to one of the stories waiting for a foursome!
