<title>Need a membership upgrade</title>
<description>Hi, alockwood1 here. I need to get my membership upgraded so that I can possibly write books. However, I don&#38;#39;t have the GPs to get the level I need, and my personal computer won&#38;#39;t allow me to open up multiple windows, which would make getting one a problem even if I had the GPs. I would apreciate the help. Thanks.

<title>Re: error #13197523 - how do I fix this?</title>
<description>Hi Winnie,

The error message pretty much explains what is wrong. If you were sending GPs to a group, you mistyped the group number and it couldn&#38;#39;t send. If you were sending GPs to a member, you either typoed their username or accidentally put in their handle instead of username. Just double check the number or username and try again.

<title>Re: Need help deleting messages in mailboxes</title>
<description>Greets,

At the bottom of your email, you&#38;#39;ll find a link that reads:  &#38;#34;Delete All To Trash&#38;#34;

That will do it for you. You have to click that, then confirm.

You should probably then go to your &#38;#34;Trash&#38;#34; folder and use the link on that page to &#38;#34;Purge&#38;#34; your trash.

Hope this helps!

After saving the survey, you click on &#38;#34;Manage&#38;#34; to add your questions. You will have choices of asking for typed answers, bubbles or drop down menus.
