Yeah, fishing licenses are out of hand in Maine as well.   Many claming areas have been shut down completely, due to red tide or testing that has not been completed due to not having enough lab techs to provide the tests.  It&#38;#39;s a shame.

You say you require a cover letter, a query &#38; the manuscript. But I have several publishers that I&#38;#39;m looking at that don&#38;#39;t require a query, instead they want a synopsis. Do you still require me to do a query letter if I&#38;#39;m not going to use it? Or can I replace it with the synopsis?
