  WritingML's...Most new members cringe when they hear it or see it. That's because most of us fear the unknown. It doesn't have to be that way. This forum was designed to show you how to use WritingML's to liven up your work. It's fun and easy once you know how! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The most important thing to remember when creating WritingML's is the brackets. { } These are the ONLY ones that will work. Once you have that mastered; there shouldn't be anything you can't do. The following diagrams will give you examples on what the actual item tag looks like with the brackets and the result.  The first tag will give you bold text: bold The second will give you italics: italics The third will give you underlined text: underlined The fourth will give you strikethrough: The center tag with give you center aligned text: Center The left tag will align the text to the left: Left The right tag will align the text to the right: Right The indent tag indents 5 spaces: Indent The s tag will move one single space: Single ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The tags you just learned about are basic and straight forward. They can be found in any item you create where you enter the body of your text. In addition to these you can also use WritingML's for: Fonts: Arial, Comic, Courier, Impact, Times and Verdana  Font Sizes: 1-5 To get your font to appear smaller or larger, start with the { font: } tag followed by the { size: } tag. Enter the size of the font you prefer from 1-5. Size 1: Courier Size 2: Courier Size 3: Courier Size 4: Courier Size 5: Courier You can also use the Writing ML tags to proudly display your Merit Badges. Learning these aren't as hard as they may seem. Take some time to familiarize yourself with them. Play around and have some fun. That's what this forum is for!
