Introduction
Here is our latest activity frontliners, I hope its a blast! I've noticed that there is not an awful lot of help available for our budding novelists around here, so I just thought I would create this forum and see how it goes! This forum is designed for you to both give and recieve great reviews on your novel, both of which will help to greatly improve your writing.
This event is perfect for those:
 Struggling to complete their own novel/get motivated enough to write it.
People who have run out of steam half way through and need a kick to get them back on their feet.
And most importantly, for those who are up to the stage of editing their first finished draft.
The rules/instructions are quite simple:
First off, members must post to the message forum to let us know of your interest, and the item number of your novel (preferably the entry number for each chapter).
Once this has been done your name will be added to the list of WDC frontliners participating in the activity.
Now comes the fun part. Each week a novel (or novels depending on numbers) will be featured for everyone to read, rate and review. Reviews must be over 500 characters long (which to be honest should be a piece of cake!). Please include comments about plot, characters and setting in your reviews (among anything else you'd like to include). Please post a copy of your reviews to this forum as well as sending it to the author. If you wish to use one of our sigs the numbers are: 1522581, 1522584, and 1522976. Its a gamble as to which sig you'll get:P
To continue to participate you must give at least four reviews per month. It is preferable that you do one a week - so that every novel has equal reviews. This shouldn't be too hard for most of you i'm sure :D. For every review you do you get a tick next to your name!
Once the week is done, a new novel will be posted each week until the month is up.
At the end of the month a judge will choose the best of the novels they have read to win "Novel of the Month". The winning novel will then recieve a 10k awardicon. The judge will be the previous weeks winner (or selected by me), and will be unable to award their own item. If you do not give enough reviews your story cannot win 'novel of the month'.
There is also a second award at stake. At the end of each month the following rewards will be awarded based on peoples ticks (reviews):
-   1st place : Person with the most reviews recieves a 'Reviewing Merit Badge'
- 2nd place : Person with the second most reviews recieves 5000gp.
- Spot prize : An extra 5k will be awarded to the person with the BEST and most consistant reviews.
REmember, for your reviews to be counted you must post them to the forum (the actual review), and they must be over 500 characters AND of good quality. See, there's a GOOD reason to make lots of reviews :D
After that a new month begins, and your novel will once again be featured as a novel of the week, so long as you continue to review. Simple as that!
