It's In The Mail!!

WDC has been awash with auctions of late full of reviews and awardicons, but who doesn't like to get a package in the mail? In an effort to do something different, the packages in this auction will largely be items that can be delivered to your mailbox rather than your inbox! The exception is going to be GPs or memberships. In that spirit we are accepting packages that consist of such items as merchandise from the WDC store, autographed copies of your published work, specialty gift packages, memberships, giftcards, or generous GP donations that will be combined and used to fund surprise packages!

In the tough economic times of late, there are many that are struggling to meet their and/or their familes basic needs let alone have the extra for the little luxuries like WDC. The proceeds of this auction will be used to help various members around the site preserve their paid membership through donations to "The WDC Angel Army"  and "RAOK Upgrade Brigade Group" . The idea came to me recently when some of my dear friends made my account birthday unforgettable by extending my membership for me. To say I was moved by their thoughtfullness would be an understatement.
