Thank you Nagem for having this wonderful sig made for the group!

MEANWHILE,
Feel free to drop in anytime and leave drafts of what you want to submit to PWW.  We can give each other suggestions and eventually decide which pieces will be entered in the actual contest.

Look forward to working with you guys.  So far, there are no team captains, just three folks from the south/east who want to compete.  Lets do our half of the country proud.

If you have some questions about how to do this, feel free to check out some of the winners in the past year. 


Some basic instructions (Please check out the main site above for all the rules):


1. Type the prompt on the top and/or in the subject category when creating your item.

2. Watch line/word limits for each category: Poetry, Short Story, and Essay.  If you know which category you
    want to do, go ahead and call it so we don't spend a lot of time doing the same category.

3. Try to make some reference in your piece about the region we live in (Eastern half of country).  It can be your
    specific area or the Eastern USA in general. 

4. Support each other.  If you know you cannot do it at all for one round, let us know and "bring a 
    friend."  Even if you can't participate, you can still help edit another person's piece.  Right now
    we have three folks and three categories so everyone is needed and very highly valued.
    I can't wait to read your work and to see us proofreading each other's pieces.  There may be
    a reward or two in store for active participants.

5. Have fun, dig deep, and create something magical.  Most of all, have fun!
