How:
Note4 By creating a powerball like game of luck

Note2 From June 22-August 31 or until 500 tickets are sold

Rules:
Note5 WDC members buy "tickets" (1-?) costing 1000 gps send the gps to ID# 1574250: "WDC PowerBall Group" 
Note1 50% of tickets sales and donations will go towards the Winner's Pot
Note6 Virtual dice will be rolled and as many winners as there are prices will be chosen

Donations:
Note2 Donations of both gps and items, reviews, sigs, ect. are greatly appreciated and any non-gp donation will receive tickets for however much the amount that their donation costs, any donations are appreciated.
Note1Any gp donation of 30,000 gps or more will receive a generosity merit badge.
Note5Any one who purchases 100 tickets will receive a merit badge.
