Welcome everyone! This here is Round Two of my raffle, so I'm going to try and make it even better.
Like before, this can only be as good as you help make it!
Remember, each donor will have my eternal gratitude, and be displayed proudly on the bank's page.
Most importantly, have fun, and tell all your friends! 
I do need donations, of both points and prizes! All will be greatly appreciated, and the donor honored below, along with any due rewards!

The points, both as donations and as ticket purchases, will be divided as such:
20% For prizes and such
15% "Helping Hearts members page." 
15% "A.C.E. - Writers' Group of Excellency"
15% "Creative Adults & Teens Society"
10% "The WDC Angel Army"
10% "The League of Young Writers"
10% "SIMPLY POSITIVE GROUP"
5% For myself and my own membership
*If 1000 tickets are sold, 200,000 GP will go towards a 3 month membership for a random ticket holder!

If this raffle can top 1,000 tickets sold by the time it closes, one lucky ticket holder will receive 200,000 GP, or if they would like to simplify things, a 3 month upgraded membership!

Donations are much appreciated, and I've come up with a system especially for bringing people to each round!
NEW PRIZES:
If a person buys tickets and says "I heard about this raffle from {user:xxxxxxx}," or something to that effect, the user listed will receive bonus tickets!
1 Merit badge for the fifteenth package donor 
1 Merit badge for the thirtieth package donor
1 10k Awardicon for the person with the highest number of tickets purchased
1 10k Awardicon for the person who gifts the most tickets
1 Merit badge for the last buyer
1 Merit badge for the 500 ticket buyer
1 Merit badge for the 1000 ticket buyer
1 25k Award for most generous package
Every package donation will be rewarded with tickets into the raffle- the better the package, the more tickets you'll receive in addition to the possible prizes above.
25,000 GP- Appreciation Badge OR Supportive
40,000 GP- Congratulations OR Cheerleading, plus a mini port raid.(5 items)*
60,000 GP- Fundraising OR Success, plus a large port raid. (10 items)*
80,000 GP- Angel OR Genie, plus a large port raid. (15 items)*
100,000 GP- Any TWO badges of the donators choice, as long as they are of a resonable request. (15 Item raid)**
*You can replace badges with Awardicons of identical value, as long as a port raid should accompany your donation!
** I will not, say, "give" out a merit badge because you gave an amazing donation, but we can arrange it so that such a badge would come from your port raid.
I reserve the right to withold certain prizes and packages in the event that I do not have the funding to do so
