Right To The Rules:
1. Each story must be at least 1500 words in length but no more than 3000.
2. It doesn't matter which/what genre you've written in. Literary, horror, mystery...fit the short story format-no poetry or other types of writing-and submit!
3. The only thing that matters in this contest is quality. Submit to me the best you can do. The story should be newly written and unrewarded...give this one your all!
4. Please use standard bitem {bitem:WDC id# of story} format to submit your entries. If you have questions/problems, please e-mail and let me know.
5. Submissions must be in by midnight, May 5th, WDC time.





AWARDS:

!st Place: 10,000 gps and a short story merit badge or blue ribbon, your choice
2nd Place: 5000 gps and a red ribbon
3rd Place: 1000 gps and an orange ribbon

Honorable mention will be rewarded at the judge's discretion, based on number of entries.
