The precedences behind this repeated raffle are easy to explain - I need GPs for an upgrade, I want to create an activity others can have fun participating in or can always count on to gift to other people, and I want to support some of the awesome groups on WdC in the process. The raffle will rotate every 100 tickets, and the supported group will change each round.

There is no reason for the raffle to ever "close". While each round will be limited to 100 tickets, any additional bought before an update will simply be rotated to the next round.

There will only be ONE winner each round, but with the limit in number of tickets, the possibility of winning will be greatly improved over some of the other much larger raffles on the site.

To create a possibility for a higher prize for the winner, the raffle tickets will each cost 2500 GPs.

60% to Winner - 150,000 GPs
20% to "Reviewing Reviewers"  [E] - 50,000 GPs
20% to My Upgrade - 50,000 GPs
