About Me:*ButterflyV*
This is my first contest and I am new to hosting one. I am getting and am thankful for advice from members who have ideas on how to make this contest better and I am working on this contest as I go along. Hopefully, this will become a more popular contest.
I am very dedicated to WDC since I first joined. I can't stay away from the computer for longer than a few hours and that is on a good, controlled day. I don't have many of those.
I am a poet myself. I first started writing when I was five. I have always had an A in english and reading since they started to give grades. It was never anything special to me. It was always something that just is.
I first wanted to be a singer so I started to write songs in... 5th grade, I believe. Then, in 6th, I wrote 2 school productions and started to write short stories making me want to be an author. I was also the only member to the school's little newspaper so that was fun. Poetry came about as something serious somewhere between 7th and 8th grade. I never much thought about it, but it was something I did enjoy. So now, I am in my poetic faze if this is so. I do know I want to be a writer, but I still have a few years to figure out what kind.*ButterflyV*

You must
~Have a Basic Membership or higher
~Include 400 GPS with the poem
~Poem must be in bitem form (See "BITEM FORMAT - Made Easy"  if you do not know how)
~The line limit must be 25 lines or less
~The poem must relate to the prompt
~One poem per round
~The poem must be 18+ or lower in content rating

Contest Prizes:
First place: 50% of all contest entry fees, MB, and a plaque
Second place: 25% of all fees, MB, and a ribbon
Third place: 15% of all fees, MB, and ribbon
Fourth place: 10% of all fees, MB, and ribbon

*Dollar**Dollar*Donations*Dollar**Dollar*:
Donations are accepted. All the GPS from the donations will go into buying the prizes for the contestants and if there are extra GPS, they go into the cache for the top 4 winners. Donations are accepted no matter how small or big they are.
