The Burst of Imagination Contest
A contest for your imagination. Prizes doubled! May to June round open. Come try it out!

Welcome to the Burst of Imagination Contest!  For this monthly contest, I will have a prompt, sometimes a picture prompt, other times just a written prompt.  Either way, the goal is for you to see the prompt and then imagine a story.  The contest runs from the fifteenth of the month to the fifteenth of the next month.  The fourth round starts May 15 and runs till June 15.

For this month, there are 3 picture prompts to choose from.  Use whichever you like, just make sure you either say in your entry which prompt you used, or include it at the top of your story.

*BurstP*4th round ends June 15, I will try to have the winners announced by the end of June

*BurstP*Judging will be based on both the quality of the story and how well you followed the prompt

*BurstP*Judge's decisions are final

*Dollar*1st place: Winner's choice: A merit badge, or a 10K awardicon, or 10,000 GPs

*Dollar*2nd place: 5,000 GPs

*Dollar*3rd place: 2,500 GPs

*Dollar*Honorable mention: will sometimes award an honorable mention of 1,000 GPs

*Dollar*First 5 entries receive 100 GPs

*Dollar*All entries will be reviewed by me

*Dollar*If there are less then five entries, only 1st place will be awarded
