Fantastic Fantasy Contest
Big prizes for the best fantasy short story written in a week! |
  Description: If you've seen my portfolio you probably know that I am an enthusiast Fantasy writer. Hosting this contest allows Fantasy writers to compete against and compare with other great like minded writers! I want this contest to reflect that by gathering all the Fantasy writers in the one spot and showcasing them to the rest of WDC! How to Win: Write an epic story relating to the prompt for the week. Make myself and the fellow judges go wow! Rules: Read and Obey! 1. Write the best short story in 1000 - 3000 words that will WOW! the judges. 2. Poetry WILL NOT be accepted. 3. All entries for Round 11 must be submitted by Thursday the 28th of June at 5pm WDC time. All late entries will not be in the running to win. (I keep forgetting to edit this. Best check the forum posts for the Current Round). 4. Items should preferably be 18+ and under otherwise may not be considered. 5. Only one entry allowed per contestant per round. 6. Items must only be posted in the Bitem format. For example {b-item: #######} (The six number digit of an item). No posting in the forum is allowed! Prizes: 1st Place - Merit Badge AND Awardicon worth 10k GP. 2nd Place - Merit Badge AND 5k GP. 3rd Place - Merit Badge WITH nothing. However if under 5 entries are submitted first and second will be awarded only. Up to two honorable mentions will be given if applies. WINNERS will be announced a maximum of 5 days after the closing date. Thanks a ton to the most Generous Donors!
