** #743763 Not An Image **
Cancer, one of the world's scariest words, and it is an even scarier diagnosis. It has the potential of changing the face of every family in the world. This disease is not partial to whom it strikes; the young, the elderly, the different nationalities, religions, rich or poor it makes no difference and chances are you know someone who has cancer.
I'm not the expert that I want to be when it comes to understanding what it is that my mother is going through. I'm also not trying to find the cure for cancer by opening this forum, but I would like to shine the light on some of the heroes of cancer...the Survivors and the ones who have survived with them, their families.
Let's join together as one and offer more than support. I offer friendship, this forum to open the communications between Cancer Survivors, family and friends.
Pass on your stories, ask some questions, or just be a friend. Let's help each other understand and cope.

:
What Cancer Cannot Do
Cancer is so limited....
It cannot cripple love
It cannot shatter hope
It cannot corrode faith
It cannot destroy peace
It cannot kill friendship
It cannot suppress memories
It cannot silence courage
It cannot invade the soul
It cannot steal eternal life
It cannot conquer the spirit.
