Living with chronic pain can be debilitating. When normal tasks are an effort to complete and most all avenues of relief have been explored and exhausted, living with chronic pain can also become psychologically depressing.

Recently, I was diagnosed as having bilateral Thoracic Outlet Syndrome with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, which really means my nerves are compressed in several spots along my arms.

If you live with chronic pain and just want to complain, this forum is for you. Or, if you have any suggestions on how to deal with chronic pain, this forum is for you. Or maybe you live with someone, or know someone who is in chronic pain, feel free to post a question or comment.

In here it’s okay to complain about your pain.

For those of you just visiting...The Pain Scale is something chronic pain sufferers are all to aware of. It's a question we are asked to evaluate our pain: With 10 being the worst-emergency room pain.
