Hi there! If you're here, you're obviously interested in getting an in-depth review, and I'm obviously interested in giving you one! ^_^ All you have to do is post the item you would to have reviewed (limit: two at a time). That's it! ^_^ Could it be any more simple? If you want, you can state whether you are more interested in a grammatical review or an emotional/opinion review, but I do give you a little of both in my reviews. I would just concentrate more on one than the other if you asked me to. If you're wondering about my 'qualifications' to review, I have been an avid reader from a very young age. I am currently attending college as a Literature Major to become an English Teacher. I work part-time as an editor, and part-time as an english tutor. I have had several poems and short stories of mine published, and am working on having my first book published. I also write and speak three languages fluently, but I'm not sure if that's really pertinent to this topic, except to show how much I love the written language. ^_^; UPDATE (8/1/05): I have been promoted to Preferred Author! I couldn't be happier about it either. ^_^ I just thought I'd let you guys know since I suppose it counts as another 'qualification.' ^_~   In Summary: Post the item you would like to have reviewed here in {bitem:######} format, where you replace ###### with your piece's item number. Please limit your review request to 2 items at a time to give me a chance to get around to others' requests. Once I have reviewed your pieces, you may post again and list up to 2 more items to be reviewed. I will get to everyone who posts a request, it just may take me some time depending on how many requests I recieve, and how much time I have outside of work or school that day. If I haven't reviewed your piece after five days, please send me a cnote and let me know. If I read your piece, really love it, and have some time on my hands, I'll review some of your other pieces as well. I have been known, upon occasion, to 'raid' a portfolio from time to time. ^_~ (For those who might not know, a "Portfolio Raid" is a Writing.com phrase that means someone has/will read and review every piece within your portfolio.) I do this for absolutely free, although tips are always appreciated. ^_~ However, if you want to 'hire' me to perform a full raid on your portfolio, I will gladly do so for a fee of 200 giftpoints per item in the portfolio. For example, if your portfolio has 5 pieces in it, it would cost you 1,000 giftpoints to 'hire' me to read and review each piece. That would be 10 cents to read and in-depth review your entire portfolio. Considering I normally work for a lot more than that, I think it's a pretty good deal. ^_~ 8/1/05 UPDATE: I've had to update the request limits slightly. You can request up to two pieces at a time as long as they are poems or very short stories (I would say file size under 20kb). For chapters of novels/novellas and most short stories, please limit your request to one item at a time. Thanks for your understanding.What are you waiting for?
