Permit me a brief toot of the horn. I am The Knight, a long-time Anglophile and admirer of the realm from this far land in the colonies. I take great pride in having served alongside Her Majesty's armed forces in several distant places. I have not forgotten that the 11th of November is still Armistice Day, for many. My brothers-in-arms across the pond have done their duty many times again. I hold a debt of gratitude to the artists and writers and scholars of the land, for how they've filled my imagination these years. Tolkien and Lewis, Shakespeare and Chaucer, Adams and Rowling - my life is better because of them. My best wishes and greetings to all!   ~~Image #match Sharing Restricted~~  |
