Well, I am a foreigner, and I want to say that English spelling is hard. In fact, I started by learning the spelling of every word by heart. It just did not make sense at all any other way.

But I feel I could do it in the end. (Not that I'm perfect)

And if a foreigner like me, can do it, anybody can. It is a matter of love for the language you use and respect for the people you address. But love in action, that is, work.

(But that said, could you, English scholars and pundits, do a spelling reform, please? And if you don't mind the suggestion, one that is shared in both sides of the Atlantic and Australia)
