 Subject:   The pre-outline?
I've had this idea brewing in my head for a while now and I'm getting to the point where I want to start writing. Is there a sample pre-outlinesh thing that can help me know if I'm ready to start writing? I know that ideas will come and go as I'm writing but I just don't want to waste my time with something that hasn't been completely thought through.

One thing that I would really love is a large set of detailed questions about my ideas. Questions that I would not think to ask myself. Is there any such set or someone who can offer these questions?
