I am a newbie here. Well almost... I was here for a little while about 4 years ago. I am trying to pick up some old writings and finish them. I have several projects started in different genres.

My favorite aurthors are Sandra Brown, Dallas Schulze, Nicholas Sparks, Danielle Steele, Lisa Gardner, Florence Moyer, Linda Howard, Elizabeth Lowell, Sue Monk Kidd, Brian Strause, Jayne Ann Krentz, Nora Roberts, Karen Robards, Johanna Lindsey, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, just to name a few. There are many more.

I am just a good ole' southern gal and I am 49 years young. I have 3 grown children (2 sons ages 30 and 18 and a daughter age 26) and two grandsons (from my daughter ages 8 and 2). I have been married for almost 20 years now to my second husband. I live in Hixson, Tennessee which is about 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga.

My dream for years has been to be a published author. I love to write although I am not that good at it, but I do try. I have so many ideas jumbled up in my head sometimes I don't know which way to go and where to start. I start a book then all of a sudden "poof", I get an idea for another book! I hope to maybe get published before I die. I am hoping with the help from all of you in critiquing my writing my dream will one day soon come true.
