Hello all! I'm Xandra and I've been wandering about the website since I joined up in October. I've been writing off and on since I was a kid and now that I'm 34, married twice, childless and worried about my job (who isn't these days?) I've decided to get serious about the writing. My two biggest problems are sitting down every day to write and finish a writing project. I work midnight shifts and I do have downtime in the office that I can use to write in, either using the office PC or by hand in a notebook. The problem is, I get too sleepy! All those lovely magazines out there never seem to consider what it's like for those of us who work during the dark hours and so their advice never seems to work for me.Does anyone else have a crazy schedule like I do and if you do, how do you work writing into your life? Looking forward to your suggestions and comments! Xandra ************************************* "Imagination allows us to escape the predictable.
